Dr. James E. Kundell is a professor at the University of Georgia in the Institute of Ecology. He is also Director of the Environmental Policy Program at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia. Dr. Kundell received his Ph.D. from Syracuse University. His research interests include water policy and management and environmental/natural resources policy and management; he has published several works based on these research interests.
